The service, the view, the drink selection, pots of specialty tea, the location....need I say more? The place has never been crowded. It's a little tricky to get there, but oh how elegant and relaxing. Been alone, been with a non-drinker, and a drinker. How fun and versatile. Beam me over Scotty.

Sitting on the 23rd floor, in the middle of Vegas...A picture window & a view of everything. What could be better? The appetizer menu while sparse is good. You will enjoy the view!

It's on the 23rd floor ( I think) of the Mandarin Oriental, which means it's got an amazing view. Really nice place for a drink, great view and chilled atmosphere. however the food was nothing special so I wouldn't bother eating here.
