We went during happy hour and had a great dining experience, an exceptional waitress and about average food. No waiting in the bar area on Friday night and the food came out hot and expeditiously. I will definitely go back.

Compared to most similar chains such as Applebees, TGIF, Denny's etc., Chili's is a notch above. However, for the price, you'd be better off finding some other independent locals restaurants. Service is sometimes hectic and it's pretty loud most of the time. Still, one of the better chain restaurants in town.
