The food here is amazing! Fresh and interesting choices. It is like being in someone's home. The French onion soup is scrumptious. I also had the chicken and avocado sandwich which was also tasty.

We had dinner here with another couple on Valentine's Day evening with a reservation. It was very busy,as expected. We hadn't been there for about 4 months, but it is still outstanding. The atmosphere is charming with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The service was excellent, considering how busy they were. A lot of locals dine here. It's certainly not... More

I have eaten here many times over the years. The food is always very good. But that feature of offset by the very slow service, time and time again. If you want to while away some time, this is the place.

When we're in the Northern New Hampshire area, we try not to miss eating there (at the "THE" restaurant, like we call it). Just make sure you make reservations! The place really fills up-- even during the weekdays, so be safe and call for reservations. I had the "Fungus Among Us," which was delicious. My husband loves the "Savannah Chicken,"... More

This eco-friendly establishment has so many advantages that they are difficult to include in this review. The food was excellent, the service upbeat and accommodating. My companion ordered "Aubergine Dream" which featured beautifully blended flavors of several ingredients which included tender eggplant, mushrooms, and parmesan. I had the "Outer Banks" which was an expertly prepared mixture of seafood in a... More

Went there for a holiday dinner with about 12 people. We originally asked for our tables to be pushed together and the waitress said that couldn't be done it would take up too much room so we had to sit in two different groups which was fine until we saw them reorganizing the tables to our left for a group... Excellent food. Limited but well focused wine selection. Great combination of organic foods and entree design.
