not always open when we want, but it is really the best pizza around...good selection of toppings, but the crust is the thing...best in the area to be sure...

This pizza must be tried - it is so thin and crispy and delicious!!!! Waits for seating can get long and there isn't much room to sit but the pizza is worth it. It is a BYOB.

We have been coming here often for years since they opened, and know the owners (Vince and Dorris). Their pizza is thin crust and baked in a special brick oven. We always get their signature pizza (white with spinach, tomatoes, garlic, and cheese) and a pepperoni with red sauce. The pepperoni is not greasy like at some other places. A... More

First time ever having to the NJ version of Tacconelli's and it was wonderful. The dough is egg free therefore the tomato pie is suitable for vegans. It's very tasty as well. The restaurant itself has a nice family-like atmosphere. Tip: Call ahead for seating. From what I hear it tends to get crowded and calling ahead could save you... More

Taconelli's red pie is one of the best pizza's you'll eat anywhere! It actually has flavor unlike the top New York places I just tried over the last month. New Yorker's seem to like their pizza tasteless, they wouldn't like this pie. Thin delicious crust with tasty sauce and just the right amount of cheese. It has a nice garlic... More

I ordered their red pie (marinara and mozz) with pepperoni and their Caesar salad. I ordered the Caesar because of another review but I don't agree with the reviewer's opinion of how it was really good. It didn't taste like Caesar, very little garlic, heavy mayo taste, not very cheesy and no anchovy flavor, it lacked that bite that lets... More

Very good homemade pizza! Had the feel of a family-run business. Looked like they did a lot of take-out business.
