The menu in this place is enough to make a "foreigner" lose their appetite: It includes items such as "Poached Intestine", "Marinated Pig's Ear", "Ducks Blood with Celery", "Pig Stomach with Pickled Mustard", "Fish Head Casserole", and something that sounds still more frightening: "Sauteed Live Eel with Yellow Chives" [Will they kill it for me before I eat it?].
