The menu is not good and seems to be a fast food place. Did not like too much there, bad service, bad food, dark ombiance. Servers overworked, therefore, unfriendly.

I get that this is a Hard Rock Cafe, I'm of that generation, but you simply cannot have a conversation. Food was expensive, not bad. Store overpriced, as usual. Slow service.

The waitress was very nice but other than that it was nothing special. Great atmosphere, I realize it's Hard ROCK cafe but I didn't think the music needed to be THAT loud. Tasty, gorgeous food, good service and such an easy location! (Right across from the NF Park)

Waited almost and an hour to get food and they weren't even that busy. Food was OK at best. For my family of 5, two of whom were able to order off kids menu, my husband and I drank water and no appetizers our bill was $75.00 and that was for lunch.

Being Hardrock club members we usually go to one if it is in the city we are visiting. The food is pretty standard no matter which Hard Rock you have been to. The food wasn't anything to write home about. The service was slow. The hostess seemed overwhelmed. A typical theme restaurant. Bruschetta appetizer was amazing. Chicken Marsala is better at the Olive Garden or your kitchen at home.
