I was there last September, went for a couple of drinks, it was really nice, they had a good variety of cocktails, it was a bit small for a Hard Rock, but a fair size for Niagara.
Mediocre service. Three tables were served before us (they all arrived after us). Two of us ordered a salad, intended to be "incredibly fresh" but was in fact wet and soft. We thought Hard Rock Cafe, had a certain standard regarding the food they serve. And what happened in the restrooms? Very untidy and not so clean.
I wanted to try their wings for appetizer and an entree for me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend suggested to have the plate sampler so I can try al of it, and I should've stop there cause that alone is enough for me no entree needed hehehe, it's all good but the rolls are my favorite, I went to hard... Came here with family and had full intentions of ordering food to have with a few beers but the bartender was so rude we left. It was obvious she is not happy with her job. The restaurant was clean and the rock memorabilia was very interesting. We would love to go again but in some other destination. Glad we ended... More
This was a fun spot to grab a bite. The prices are a little higher than average, but still not crazy. The décor is fun and the food was good. Staff was nice and every thing appeared clean.
Over priced as usual and sticky floors and tables as usual. It's all about the stuff on the wall and the flare. It is what it is.
We were excited to go to this restaurant, as there were a few in our party who had never been to a Hard Rock! There was great memorabilia, as always, but the food made me sick for the rest of the day! It may have just been that day, but I am afraid to ever go back!!
usually stay far away from the chain restaurants, but it was close to the falls, we were hungry and thirsty....... staff is friendly, restaurant is quiet this time of year, it is off season. try the local legend burger....WOW!!! was it ever good!!! a salty, caraway seed crusted weck roll with a burger smothered in horseradish....i know, it sounds weird... Our second trip to the Hard Rock and still enjoyed it. Lots of memrabelia(?) If you like rock and roll this is a must do in Niagara. Fun wait staff but the wait can be long. Tip: wait at the bar then you can order there faster.
