I've stopped on a whim for some goodies...the Eclairs are made right! Fresh cream inside, and most importantly, not too sweet...and I LOVE 'em. In fact, I was just in the Hospital for like a month...and I requested them be brought to me! Ha!

Went to Saugerties not realizing that almost all the lunch places are closed on Tuesday. So we ended up here at the dessert company. I tasted the fresh bread and cupcakes.They were so fresh and delicious. the shop was very clean and you could actually see the bakers at work.

I've been here several times, and have pretty much stuck with the freshly made cream puffs or eclairs and a cup of coffee, but all else looks very good. The tables are homey and comfortable, and very pretty in a girly way, but with none of the country-tacky decor of a tourist trap. This place is real, natural, and friendly.
