Went there early on a Saturday for dinner with friends. The staff was very attentive and the food was delish. The prices were normal for an Italian Restaurant. Try the White Sangria by the pitcher.

Puglia by the Sea gave me the worst service that I have ever experienced. I waited 45 minutes for my order and the food was mediocre and the portions were small. The experience was pricey, but miserable. There are many good restaurants on Staten Island, but Puglia is not one of them. Stay Away!

When they moved in the old Camen's Restaurant the owner's renovated the whole restaurant. Tastefully done. Nice to look at the ocean. Went there for dinner with my husband Saturday night. Very noisy, very crowded. No problem with service. The gravy is good but not excellent. Large portions of food. Will go back earlier than 6:30.

I don't get this place. You change the food to italian, but then you keep your specialties a tribute tp carmen's? It just doesn't make sense. The food isn't horrible, descent, we kept to the italian stuff because we didn't want to mix italian apps with spanish entrees.

"Authentic Italian food," that statement is a joke. Mass produced cafeteria food is a better description, at very high prices. An owner named Debbie, who is not interested in her customers, building relationships, or common courtesy. The only reason to go here is for the wonderful location, but that doesn't make up for the lousy food and nasty owner. To... More

Went to lunch with 2 friends, sat outside which was very nice. For the place and location, I could not believe they served water in paper pepsi cups with straws and the napkins are probably from the dollar store and when I asked for another napkin, I was handed cocktail napkins. Service not attentive, we had to ask for water... More

Went on a Saturday night. Crowded and loud in the main dining room. The food was good, but could not really have a conversation with the rest of my table. There was a singer going from table to table--nice touch for some, but was not appreciated by my friends.
