I think the title says it all. The lunch is excellent, but the breakfast can't be beat. Standard options, but done at the top level.

“Clean, Friendly, and GOOD Food”

We're locals and visit Bill's regularly (2-3 times monthly). We enjoy Bill's because the wait staff is friendly and accommodating, the diner is CLEAN (REALLY CLEAN!), and the food is very, very good.
