We went there hoping for a good pub meal.We ordered 2 porterhouse steaks medium with salad and chips. The steak was fatty and overcooked, the peppercorn sauce was straight out of a packet and thick and tasteless and glue like. The chips were were saturated with chicken salt and totally indelible. The salad bar was just passable but well below standard,a total waste of... Went for dinner on 3rd Nov 12 with my partner. We were both blown away with the veggies that were by far the best we have ever eaten anywhere. The servings of these delicious veggies were so big and so delicious I couldn't finish my pork belly ..... Though was a tad dissapointed it was crunchy crackle.

the bistro haa a pama and schnitzel night on Tuesdays. $12 which is almost half the normal price. I had steak and veggies. not a large steak but it tasted great. the bistro is what hour would expect in a country area. not to modern but the food was good. I would come back.

We were just after a good pub meal, and I can't complain about the service or atmosphere but the food was just well below average. My partner had the special and her pork chops were overcooked and the vegetables all tasted like they came out of a can. My chicken was OK, but again the plum sauce tasted like it... More

Very tasty meal and not expensive. Just what you used to get from a good pub.

Usually, the salad bar is kept spotless and provides a good selection - as it ought. Venue is TAB / Pokies but has dining room out the back which is suitable for meetings, group gatherings etc. The quality of the food varies as does the attitude of the waitering staff, some training wouldn't go astray. Unless you go for a... More

Overall we had a good meal, however off to a shaky start. Walked thro the front door to find ourselves in the middle of the darts competition and weren't sure where to go. Table staff were busy with a function in the back room however they were friendly and helpful. Dining room lacked atmosphere but meals were as good as... More

Yes, there is a children's play room. The blocks are covered in black grime and appear to have never seen soap. There are no baby change facilities. There is no warning until after you have paid for your meal (even when they see your pram with baby in clear view). They are rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend if... More
