This a gem at the beach. The food is GREAT.....the staff is friendly....and the prices are most reasonable. We had eaten here before when we stay at Kure Beach but we drove up with friends on our honeymoon from Myrtle Beach just to let them enjoy the food. The Brunswick Stew is worth the drive.

The food is great and this place is always busy. The prices are great too. I have never been dissatisfied at this place.

Had the Brunswick stew and the pork barbecue. Excellent. If you are looking for atmosphere, go someplace else. If you want great food, this is the place.

Don't judge a book by it's cover or a restaurant by it's exterior. A & G's is the best....from breakfast to dinner. You will not leave hungry and your wallet won't feel any pain. Fried chicken was great! The BBQ was also good as we're the sides. Not fancy and an easy place to just go grab something quick with the kids.
