Great Sushi & Burgers (so I've heard). I love the sushi. Their concept is sushi beef fusion & it's delicious. It's a very popular eatery/bar scene on the weekends, particulary Friday night. They don't take reservations after 6pm, so get their early if you want to avoid a wait. Upwardly mobile clientele. But not prentious or snotty.

Yeah, it sounds a little "cray" but you'll come to appreciate the unique food combinations and flavors. I mean really, where else are you going to get a bison burger?

We've been to Cowfish twice and both times had a great experience. The food is wonderful, the staff is knowledgeable and service was good.

Went to The Cowfish last weekend for my birthday lunch with family. Enjoyed it so very much. Had the sliders appetizer of the week (packed a powerful punch for small burgers). My husband raved over the lamb burger with flash fried feta. And the kids and I enjoyed lots of delicious sushi. We will definitely go back soon.

We got pretty good burgers at this cute, nicely located restaurant. The staff was super-friendly and the atmosphere was fun and hip. I definitely thought the meal was over-priced for a couple burgers though-- $40 for lunch of 2 burgers, one iced tea, and 1 water.

This restaurant has awesome burgers. The setting is fun and upscale, and their large aquarium is something to behold. The service is always friendly and efficient, but you may have to wait for a table.
