We had the cinnamon rolls, croissants, and some pie. It was fantastic. Fresh made that day. We are going again next time we are on the Outer Banks!

My wife and I are first timers to the OBX. We have tried several restaurants listed on Trip Advisor and Cafe Lachine has earned it's number 1 rating. My wife had yellowfin tuna and it was so fresh I saw it moving on her plate. I had their crab cakes and they were excellent, assuming you like your cakes to...

After reading the reviews about the cafe I knew I wanted to try it. Well, I wish I hadn't waited until our last day here. The crab cake, ham and egg breakfast sandwich is absolutely to die for. The girls behind the counter were incredibly polite and helpful and the overall experience was fantastic. GO HERE YOUR FIRST DAY OF...

We ate at, at least 4 of the top ten restaurants in Nags head and the food here tied for us in the top three. My husband had the tuna and loved it. I had a salad and also enjoyed it. It is a very small/ intimate setting. They only have 8 four top tables. We had our children with...

My family and I went to Cafe Lachine for brunch. The cafe has a pleasant atmosphere with a colorful chalk wall and a nice dining room. The menu is written on the wall and also can be read on a pamphlet for ease of reading. We got an array of food items and a mini key lime pie. All the items...

Read about Cafe Lachine and had to try it. Was not disappointed. My husband had the Shrimp PoBoy sandwich and said it was the best he ever had. I had turkey guac w/pepper jack cheese, it was excellent. I can see why people love this place.
Our first night in Nags Head and after driving close to 3,000 miles we tried the #1 rated restaurant and loved it. My son ordered the soft-shell crab (our server took the time to teach him how to eat it), I ordered the pork tenderloin (juicy and the glaze was delicious), my husband ordered the special chicken w/crab. Our other...

A very quiet, casual, yet sophisticated meal for our last meal at the beach. A welcome respite from all the beach-side bonhomie of the ubiquitous fish shacks. Expertly prepared dishes from professionally trained chefs in an intimate six-table eatery. Simple and simply delightful.
Picked up the croisants on a Sunday morning and thoroughly enjoyed every delectable bite!! The roasted beet and pear salad at lunch was fantastic too!! Cute little place in a strip shopping center with very nice staff and great baked goods and lunch menu!!
We had lunch here and might go back again tomorrow. The food was great - I ordered a blt with an egg and guac added, my husband had a shrimp poboy. We also had one of their delicious desserts! Great value, all that for about $20!
