“Not your average Mexican food”

Munchies is a small family run restaurant that is a definite cut above all the standard Mexican restaurants. Food is tasty, fresh and well prepared. We had the Chicken Fajitas and Shrimp Ceviche dinner platters- both large portions and excellent. In addition the drink specials are great- we had blue margaritas. Munchies is a great little neighborhood Mexican restaurant. (located where the old North Seafood place used to be) My husband and kids go a couple times per month. Munchies has excellent mexican food with enormous flavors and served piping hot. A great variety of choices with reasonable pricing. Wait staff is friendly and courteous. Margaritas were great.
