We always love eating at Fabian's. The food is terrific and always something new. The couple who own and run this are very friendly and the service is terrific. Had a wonderful Saturday evening meal at Fabians in Winston Salem, NC. I had dined there years ago when Fabian was still there. The new owners/chef is carrying the tradition forward. Bill and Dianna are wonderful hosts! The meal was great!
