Tasty and well prepared, the food is by the pound and can come to a tidy sum if you're not paying attention. A great solution when you are simply out of time and are having additional guests over.

Located in an excellent selection of shops, the Carving Board features beautifully arranged salads in a crowded serving area. Staff is prompt and generous with portions. Chicken salad and fruit are well worth the price. Breads and cookies are nothing special. Great iced tea. Unfortunately, seating is crammed into a small space. Outside tables are pleasant.

The food is fresh and flavorful. Even though higher priced, I always tell people about The Carving Board.

They have a buffet style/assembly line where you can make you choices. All kinds of salads, sides and meat selections. I think it is a wee bit pricey and the dining area is small inside. Thankfully there is an outside space to eat as well. The spicy Thai peanut noodles are tremendous!

This place is convenient, clean, serves fresh, healthy food and has staff members that are efficient. Gluten-free options are available. Inside it's a little noisy when it's busy, but outside seating is available. Great care is taken when wrapping takeout orders and every effort is made to make for a great eating experience.

Everything is fresh and sandwiches are prepared while you watch. Nice assortment of salad items. It is really busy at lunch time.

Food is FANTASTIC but the prices are a little high for my "middle class" budget. I go there for a special treat. Sandwiches are about what any nice deli would charge. Yes,, the lines can be long...but well worth the wait. It appears a little expensive, but add the quality and quantity...it can't be beat!
