Beautiful place, serene, peaceful, but overrated for the price.
New Years 2013, we booked 2 nights. $$$$$ . Expecting exceptional food but it was disappointing except for the first night Dec 31st: We ate fresh deer and a squash soup that were amazing. from there it was downhill. husband was always hungry - not enough food--

More American in style and food choices, it is none the less a great experience. The food is delicious, the staff gracious, the accommodation comfortable.
