I had a business lunch at L'Albatros, but the outstanding quality of food and service made it hard to pay as much attention as intended to the topics my companions and I planned on discussing. That's not to say the restaurant was too noisy or that there was any other problem. It's a great spot for a business lunch. Quite... More

I haven't had French food in quite a while (unless you count onion soup) so I'm not really familiar with the staples of French cuisine, but the food at L'Albatros seemed authentic to me. At least it met one standard--plenty of butter! If your cholesterol level is dropping dangerously low, this is the place for the cure. I wouldn't dare... More

This restaurant is within a two minute walk of Case Western University and 10 minute walk from Severence Hall (the carnegie hall of Cleveland). Reservations were for 7pm. Busy night and we waited to sit in the court yard because it was a beautiful evening. Waited about ten minutes which was a surprise as the place was very busy. It... More

This is an excellent, but not inexpensive French restaurant near Case Western University, University Circle and many good museums. Since we prefer dining in the sunshine, it was a double benefit to enjoy their lovely outdoor seating area and a lunch menu that has most of the same items as on their dinner menu, but at a reduced price and... Outstanding service with excellent food. Tucked in among Case Western University within a walk to Cleveland Museum of Art and Botanical Gardens. We ate in the courtyard which was well shaded. Amazingly, frat house next door was having end of year party with rap music booming. We never heard it from our table, just the music piped in from the... More

Thanks to TA and contributor TE as well as cooperative weather, we got out and about a bit more in Cleveland. We were anxious to experience what this site's contributors rated as the top table in Cleveland. I suppose if you like sitting in plastic chairs reminiscent of a high school cafeteria or on benches where only the tallest of... More

Service was excellent. The menu offered many healthy options prepared with a nice French touch. I was a bit disappointed by the plastic chairs.

Love Zach's restaurants, and this one is a gem over by CWRU. Excellent atmospher, incredible food, diverse wine list, and have never had a less than stellar meal here. The French Toast app is UNBELIEVABLE.
