They served a variety as part of our free breakfast, service was excellent. Coffee was good, and plenty of it. Could have had more fruit varieties, just had orange slices.

Ordered the Club sandwich, Chicken Fried steak, and a cheeseburger. The club was huge! Good wheat/grain bread, rotisserie style turkey breast meat, ham slices and thick bacon. Yum! Tator tots we crispy but not overcooked. The Chicken Fried Steak was very thin, but tastey. The white peppered gravy was a instant gravy, not homemade :(. This was ordered with a...

The food is priced reasonably and very laid back ..good restaurant to eat at if you not looking for fancy ..service was very good at in all ..we would eat here again.
This place is an average cafe type eatery. The breakfast is okay and priced reasonably. It is an older joint, so don't expect something fancy. I would rather eat here than Lucille's Roadhouse down the road. Very laid back "old timers" type place, but it is not the worst food we have had here.
Food was truly the worst of every place we ate at over the 8 days we were traveling from AL to AZ and back. I'm even comparing this to the hot dogs we got at the gas station on Route 66.
Thought the 2 egg/bacon/potato/bread/juice/coffee breakfast couldn't have been better cooked. The service was good. The restaurant could use new furnishings - the decore was shabby and obviously had seen its better days long ago.
If you get the free breakfast vouchers from the Best Western next door, don't bother. The food is bland... essentially what you would expect for something free. Fast food has more flavor than this place.
There were other places to eat. Wish we would have gone to one of them. There us little service. Buffet was sparse. The catfish was good. It tasted grain fed . They ran out of clean flat ware and dessert. Price was fair. Would have enjoyed a Braums burger more.
Breakfast voucher used for adjacent Best Western. Good breakfast. Coffee was mediocre. No real creamer. Oil or cream?
The Mark Restaurant, along with the Mark Best Western Motel have been in business for my entire life (I am 37). The food is ok, nothing too fancy but a decent breakfast and there is a salad bar and usually a daily soup on the buffet if you go in the afternoon.
