Wandered over here after visiting Powells books and holy crow, I am in bread heaven. I had a ham & cheese sandwich and a raspberry brownie.I ha to stand in line but it was so worth it. So amazing. Portland is way better than Austin!

I think the quality went down for a few years and now it is better. Than ever. I had the strawberry macaroon, yummy. Good kaiser rolls, challah and apple dessert.

This bakery has a classy, urban atmosphere. I got a soy chai, a brownie, and a roll (for later). All were great. I stopped here on the way to Powell's books.

We love to grab coffee and a pastry before visiting the City of Books and a delicious sandwich to enjoy on our drive back to Bend!
