I loved their blackened salmon salad! The fried asparagus was decadent-and the garlic aoli is over the top, so will make another date with this place in the future. Extensive wine list but try their Pomegrante Martini.

On a recent trip to visit family we came across this little gem, sort of hidden away from out normal path through Historic Roseburg, the Mark V.
We found the restaurant surprisingly busy for the location and it being a weekday, yet we still received friendly, welcoming, and excellent service from the staff, along with great food and beverage!

Very, very good food. Lots of it made right in house. 8oz patties on their burgers. Huge!! Had the special. A chicken, sundried tomatoes, spinach, bacon, feta cheese, with a light garlic oil. OMG!!! So good. Reccomend to anyone. Staff really made it a great experience. The micro brewery Widmer Hefeweizen wheat ale was fantastic.
So. Where to start. There's not much in Roseburg, OR, so we decided to try the number one place in hopes that I was maybe a hidden foodie gem. We were seated promptly and the hostess was very polite. Then things went down hill quickly. The bartender was our server at a cute booth in the lounge area. Our first...

Excellent food and service. Family owned and operated. Our favorites: any salad, clam chowder, Halibut Fish and Chips (potato wedges) and Serrento Chicken. Fabulous! Friendly wait-staff who remember us each time: excellent local wines.
My friends and I were traveling through the area and had heard of this place. We dropped in (5 of us from the SF Bay Area) and were treated to food and drink beyond our expectations. The Chef has taken great pride in food prep and presentation. I would rank it among many of the fine dinning locations here in...

We really enjoyed our meal here. Service is top notch. Great deal on martinis at happy hour. Menu could be bigger, but the food is excellent.
Had lunch here with a friend Tuesday, February 5, 2013. It was around noon. We both ordered their daily special, which was:a Steak Sandwich with our choice of a side dish; salad, french fries, sweet potato fries or cottage cheese. Price was $10.00.
Our sandwiches arrived looking good. The meat was a ilttle overcooked in spots tho and a little...

Stopped here for a late dinner after a long day - recommended by the locals, it didn't disappoint! The exterior was nothing special, and we likely would have passed by without the recommendation. Interior finishes were dated, but the staff was very friendly (but not over bearing) and helpful! Turns out we were dealing with one of the Owners. The...

Arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm on an admittedly quiet evening. The restaurant's advertised hours of operation were to 9 pm. Was told that the chef had already started to clean up in the kitchen so we could not be served. Completely unacceptable! If you advertise your hours then you need to comply. I for one will never darken...
