Friendly staff. Unremarkable food, but a touch better than other places in town. I was looking for seafood, which they had along with steaks and other standard fare. Mediocre wine list. Food was adequately prepared, but hardly inspired.

We had the pleasure of eating at Norma's on May 13, 2013. We went in at 5pm, so didn't have to fight any crowds. When we left, all tables were full, with some people waiting for tables. I have never had such tender fried calamari! The clams in their delicious chowder almost melted in your mouth. The oyster's and all... More

we each had clam chowder and split some crab cakes. This was the best chowder we had on the Oregon coast. The crab cakes were good, but try Koko's in Tillamook for better ones.

It was ok, I had the steamer clams broth was not flavorful. My husband had halibut fish and chips it was good. Clam chowder was good. Atmosphere is casual, bit noisy. I am not sure if I would go again, convenient location near our hotel.

I have dined alone and with large groups at Norma's. They work hard to accomodate any size crowd. Good food and a good value. Try a lunch special.

We stopped by for lunch because the prices were more reasonable. By the time we finished our clam chowder (very good) and fish dinners, my husband and I were both ready to take a nap! We ate at a few restaurants, but this was my favorite.

Norma's is a casual place, good for families. Nothing fancy. The food was fresh and they take pride in not using anything which has unhealthy additives, antibiotics, etc. I had the crab sandwich, which was spendy, but good. I also had the world famous chowder, which was good, but I thought the clams were a little tough and chewy. Getting... More

Pan fried oysters and sauteed scallops we excellent. Everything else, including service and atmosphere was just okay. Doubtful I'll go there again.

A fun, noisy seashore ;style establishment, with great clam chowder, fantastic crab cakes (you MUST try them - so yummy and good) and perfectly fine crab legs. I wish I would have opted for the local salmon, but they had me at crab. Would return again in a heartbeat. Great wait staff, good food, and local flair.

Stopped in for a quick lunch of chowder and a salad. It was delightful. The chowder was outstanding and the fresh crisp salad was topped with bay shrimp. The service was very good and since I was running errands, the promptness of the service was appreciated. I should mention that they do have a large menu of items available.
