I actually thought the food was pretty good but in the evening the associated bar filled with loud golfers and made the 1776 room a much more relaxing venue.

We arrived as the bar was closing for the night. Apparently there wasn't enough business to keep it open..however the staff gave us a beer and invited us to relax while closing...a good example of good service..great atmosphere.

Very good food in 1700's inn/resort. The atmosphere is incredible here, the waitstaff attentive and food is very good at a reasonable price. I highly recommend trying them out even if its just for a appetizer and glass of wine/beer.

My traveling companions and I were happy to have a casual alternative for dinner at the Bedford Springs Resort. We were seated right away and the dinner selections were varied. We all ordered salads which were very good, but expensive. This is to be expected at a resort so we had no problem with it. It was nice to have... More

Try the meatloaf sandwich and lobster mac and cheese. Not cheap but about average for resort food. Nice comfortable atmosphere, they encourage you to linger and relax!

Made you feel like at home; quiet and romantic. Great food ! Ate at the bar. But, try to get a table near the window with the high back chairs.

We ordered two entree salads and the crab dip (with naan) and all were delicious! A good meal and reasonable prices.

The wait staff was very nice. Had lunch and dinner here. The food was descent not spectacular. Unusual restaurant configuration. That gave it some character. Good for a quick meal. Small so during the resorts high season it may be difficult to be seated.

Salads were the best choice on the menu. Meatloaf was dry and bland and pasty tasting. The Mac and cheese was adequate and nothing more. The cheese used was not flavorful. It was not creamy. The lobster was decent. Te hamburgers were flavorless. Chicken swings were adequate. Service was acceptable but. Will not return.
