Took my son and girlfriend out to houlihans. We were in a cheery mood and hungry. Our server was distracted, acted sad and disinterested and pretty much ignored us. That plus the flood from broken toilets in ladies room took the edge right off our experience.

Houlihan's is actually a national chain that sells franchises. You would think that the one in Hershey and it's connection to the Hershey Entertainment and Resorts giant would make this location something really special. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. No wonder this place is always busy...you definitely want to go here when visiting the "sweetest place on earth".

It is an upscale restaurant located in downtown Hershey that has a great menu with many great entrees salads and appetizers. I had the rack of baby back ribs with asparagus and mashed potatoes which were the best potatoes I've eaten ever! The server was very attentive and the place was extremely busy!!!

We had a group of seven, and had a wonderful dinner. I am a vegetarian and there were plenty of choices, and they were well labeled.

We go to Houlihan's several times a year and several times a year they make menu changes. We were not happy with the most recent changes. we went to Houlihan"s recently because friends of ours wanted to eat here. We were pleasantly surprised. the service was good although not excellent. The menu was extensive and we were able to find something to everyones liking. The food was good ,actually better than we thought it would be...We are not generally "chain" people ,but I would go back... More

Had the crab cakes (good, but the smallest lump cakes I have ever had). The staff were very nice and they had a good beer selection. If I had my choice again, I would go next door to Devon Seafood.

Our group of seventeen dined at Houlihan's last night and while some people in our group had a pleasant experience (and even commented on how much they liked it), my experience was terrible.
