Our server seemed a little taken back by special request for mayo. Had to ask twice for silverware. Food was satisfactory but nothing to write home about. Quick service, decent burger, reasonable price.

We were recently staying at the Marriott and decided to try Steak and Shake. Prices were decent, but the food isn't that great. Service was okay, but the overall cleanliness of the place was not good. I wasn't impressed and won't be going back....or recommending it others. Don't bother, plenty of other places to go at the Waterfront!

I ordered a BLT for dinner one night and it had one ball of bacon in the middle of the bread. Went back the next day for breakfast and the biscuits were old and crumbled.
