Just across the road from the motel so seemed an obvious place to eat. We had 'roast of the day' which was excellent.
After reading previous reviews, we thought we'd stop here for lunch on our way from Parkes to Jerilderie. We both had chicken foccacias which were really tasty. I had tea, so I can't comment on the coffee. Staff were really friendly. Nice little cafe.

Loved the options from healthy to greasy and the country feel. Worst coffee I have ever had!!! There are plenty of other things to choose from though. I was on a diet so didn't want to buy too much but if I wasn't I would have got the Hamburger that looked great
Has good take away food and that is the reason I go. It services the motels in the vicinity and a lot of workers that work at the Lake Cowal Goldmine.
Open early, bright friendly owners, good nutriious food just stop by & enjoy. Very unexpected & best breakfast on the road in Australia in many years.
Ate here for breakfast had a bacon & egg roll was freshly cooked for us. I'm not sure of his name but the gentleman in there was very friendly & spoke to us about the local area. Very cute cafe
Great, reasonably priced food, cute aussie country ambience and wonderful owners/staff. All in all, well worth stopping as you pass through.
