I have been going to Mattucci's for over 40 years. I have dined both by myself and in parties of 20 or more. I have never waited for "literally" 2 hours for my meal, who would. No one would. Why would you make up such a lie. Here is a real review. I ate dinner there last week and got... More

Service is SLOW. Food is mediocre at best. The portions are generous, but I'd rather have less of a dish that tastes awesome and arrives to the table in a timely fashion than 3 lbs pounds of tasteless pasta that takes an hour anda half to get.

Local Italian Restaurant which has pretty good food with a very nice variety. I had the Ravioli with red sauce and meatball. It was very good and filling. But it's a shame it literally took 2hrs for my dinner to arrive. The staff was so unsympathetic and basically we were just left there sitting staring at each other until the... More

The food is really pretty good - huge selection - but the atmosphere is, well, there is none. It's like someone set up tables in the church basement. It's a local family establishment and well visited by the locals. The waitresses will not win the Ms. Congeniality Award. The last time (and probably the last time) we ate there one... More

We used to eat here every Friday evening. No more. The food is good but the service is so poor that every meal is ruined. Many locals have stopped going to Mattucci's because the servers are rude, inattentive, incompetent, and untrained. My advice is to get take-out.

We had reservations and the moment we arrived our waitress was rushed and annoyed at every request we had. She walked by our table 30 times without asking if we needed anything. The portions of the food were good, and large, but without any of the "extras" (freshly grated cheese) that some of the other tables had. I really believe... More

I really like this place, prices are fair and it's a quality place to eat in MC without having to leave town. I highly recommend the linguine with scallops over oil and garlic!

I liked this place. It felt like many an old school Italian restaurant from the 60's. The only thing missing was the red & white checkered table cloths. Portions are large and food is flavorful. A good spagetti & meatball kind of place. I didn't get a chance to try it, but the pizza looked good. Yuengling is on tap... More

My husband and I went here for our anniversary because people in our area are always raving about this place. From the minute we walked in, we were made to feel like we were bothering the staff. The waitress sneered at us and snapped, "DO YOU HAVE A RESERVATION?!?!" It was 4:30 in the afternoon and there were like 2... More

We called ahead because we knew we had a bigger party. We were up in Mt. Carmel for an AFBE basketball tournament, so the parents and the team went to Mattucci's for lunch before our first game. We had our own room with tables together, the menu was great, prices were great, food was delicious and the servings were large.... More
