Awesome lunch here with a dear friend. Had the bento box with plenty of choices and very unique fusion flavors….dont miss this place!!!
Loved Tamari for a great date night. Smaller portions like tapas, but nice wine selection and great staff to make it enjoyable. Ample parking in the city!
Visited Tamari with a business associate to get away from downtown crowd. Small plate and sushi excel here. Service was great. Parking is always a challenge here, they really need a valet. The Wine selection is slim but is good value. If you want a quiet spot, outside downtown for a business meeting, and don't need to impress with 22oz... More
Several months ago my friend & I set off to go to Tamari's for Happy Hour & dinner. That has been our "go to" place to celebrate our birthdays, Christmas & just to go for diner several times a year. They have a lovely patio in the front of the restaurant & we have dined there before. That said, the... More
Our party of four were definitely unimpressed. The food was bland and uninspiring. There was not one dish we could recommend. We had eaten at Plum the night before which was slightly better. Maybe we should've drank more wine.
We love going out to eat at Tamari Warrendale. Its always a fun experience to try different tapas. The skewers of chicken, beef, and salmon are a must and the Lobster roll and fritters are the best I've ever had. It's a bit expensive but well worth it for special occasions or just a fun night out.
We were in the area for a family event and were pleased to find Tamari and its Asian-Latin fusion cuisine. The tapas plates are well priced and thoughtfully designed. The lamb quesadillas and cornish hen with Mole sauce sauce were a great contrast with the Asian dishes. Good cocktails (happy to find Brazilian Cachaga Caipirinhas in a suburban strip mall).... More
Had dinner on Saturday night with several friends. Wow what a unique menu of all kinds of different small plate treats. The sushi was great. The waitress was excellent in helping us pick plates and drinks. The Lobster Mac & Cheese is excellent and the Lobster tempura. I will make this a yearly outing for sure.
After a Friday of meetings and a little shopping downtown, we were looking for a couple of drinks and something to eat. After a quick search on TripAdvisor, we settled on Tamari--asian tapas!!--how could we resist? When we got there, the place was hopping...especially the bar area. The drink and appy specials explained this. The atmosphere was awesome. We ended... More
