This is the real deal. They cut the meat directly off the spinning rotisserie. A must if you are a gyro fan and in the area. The regular gyro is stuffed with alot of meat and a great value for $6!!!

Off the beaten path go find this little hole in the wall luncheonette type cafe. Nothing fancy looking. A family run and owned place with a real Greek cook turning out the real thing.
I enjoyed avgelamino (sp?) soup loaded with white meat chicken and rice...yummy, and a plate of pierogies (mashed potatos, grilled onions packaged in ravioli type envelopes.)...

Even though the friendly Greek couple who used to own it just retired, the new owner seems just as friendly and service-oriented, and the food hasn't changed. The old owners used to give us free baklava, cookies, watermelon, etc. every time we went just because we're college kids, and the new owner just gave us free ice cream. The food...

This is a no frill, no alcohol, greek food place that is excellent. The owners are from Greece and in this family owned establishment you will find the owner cooking and serving daily. Often grape leaves are being rolled by their parents. The spanikopita is among the best ever! I love this place!
My fiancé and I stopped for lunch today after my brother (who works in Washington) recommended it. BEST gyro I've ever had and I really think I could eat their tziki (sp?) sauce on anything. The service was great and the place is cozy and authentic. Prices reasonable for large portions.
Home town cooking like yiayia makes. Pleasant greeting and attention to your needs while you are there Dr. Peter J. Nikas
I enjoyed the hospitable owners, who strive to make it a welcoming place to come relax for a great Greek meal. Very authentic, and a colorful clientele.
Great Greek food here! I was in Washington, PA for business and stopped by Mr. Gyros based upon other reviews here. I was happy I stopped!
Great food! Great service! Fast!
I ordered the gyro platter, which includes great french fries and a drink. The menu has numerous selections. The fries were super.
The owner was very friendly!
I'd gladly...
