One of the best hibachi restaurants we ever been too. My wife and I had the chicken hibachi, which came with a salad, soup, fried rice, fried noodles, vegetables, chicken & two shrimp. The food was not over seasoned; we enjoyed our meal very much. In addition, the service and atmosphere were good also. We will definitely return.

This is probably one of the best places in the area for Sushi. They have a large menu and some of the things on it you cannot find anywhere else close by. I love the white tuna. I have not seen it on many menus in the Wilkes-Barre area, so I was happy to see it here. It is just... More

We were really impressed with the service and the quality of the sushi. We plan to arrange our trip so we can dine here again when we are in PA. Enjoyed chatting with our server, watching the sushi chefs at the sushi bar and partaking of their wonderful, delicious creations.

The food was excellent and atmosphere was awesome. The hibachi seating turned strangers to new friends.

Our dinners were very good and we were seated with a lively group of diners. The chef put on a great show and there was an abundance of food. I loved the fried rice, noodles and my chicken/salmon grill. The saki flowed and everyone had a fun evening.

Nothing bugs me more than someone pretending to be something they are not. Start with iceberg lettuce salad with some sort of ginger dressing followed by a lame, faux 'Japanese' chef who is as uncomfortable trying to be funny as we were uncomfortably pretend to be entertained. As he repeatedly sneezed into his sleeve, the raw chicken was scooped, cooked... More

This is the place I take anyone to introduce them to sushi, just have them try the lobster roll (lobster tempura and a soy paper) and they'll fall in love. In fact, they'll use soy paper for just about any roll if you want so start there and slowly introduce them to the rest!

Hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants in this area! It doesn't matter whether you eat at the Hibachi Tables -or- if you eat at the Sushi Bar! BOTH experiences are very entertaining! Tip #1: If you do eat at the Sushi Bar, ask to be seated near the Chef's that creat the sushi dishes! Trust me, you won't... More

Requiring an overnight stay in Wilkes-Barre PA early in March 2013, my wife and I thought we'd indulge our Saturday night hunger with some sushi from a restaurant just a stone's throw from the hotel we'd picked for the night - the Mizu Sushi and Hibachi. We arrived a little before 7 PM and the place was crowded but the... More
