My wife and I stayed overnight in Columbia, and looked for the best restaurant. Solstice Kitchen did not disappoint us in any way. Great drinks and wine. Shrimp and grits were amazing. Slow cooked pork shoulder melted in our mouths. Do not let the location fool you; this is a top notch place. Don't miss it.

What a wonderful menu--and such fresh and interesting food items. Had a wonderful southern stew that was truly amazing. Others at our table has great fish!!! If you go, ask for a table around the wall -- quite crowded in the center area.

I expect to get great food when I visit Seattle or Chicago, but wasn't sure what Columbia would have to offer. A friend referred me to Solstice and I have thanked him ever since. I let the waiter select everything I ate and he did an excellent job. One of my best meals ever!
