This restaurant was such a pleasant change from many of the places we visited on holiday. There was a real effort to produce tasty food with natural flavours and quality ingredients. Loved the style of the restaurant and the concept.

Go to Five Loaves. You won't be disappointed. Food is very good, as well as service. Food is different, not the usual fare. Soup (she crab, and broccoli cheddar potato) was excellent, drinks very good, entree's good, no complaints, only kudos from our adult party of four. The owner came to the table and asked how everything was, nice touch.

This is by far my favorite place to eat in Mt Pleasant and have eaten at the new location twice now and for some reason the service is much slower and not as good as the previous location in the shopping center. The food is still the best in town for the money including the fresh salads, sandwiches and soups.... More

2nd review of this great place to dine. We have always enjoyed lunch,so we decided to try dinner.WOW is all I can say. The special entree was shrimp stir fry which was outstanding. My wife had the rissitto special (crab,mushrooms, peas) which was also awesome. Will be back. We even saw the neighbors enjoying dinner as well
