The restaurant was empty at 8:00 pm during high season. We quickly learned why. Virtually inedible food at fine dining prices. This place will not be open next year.

Great food! Had a wonderful dinner with corporate group. One person in our party travels extensively with his work in many US cities. He thought the food was outstanding. Also a good place for a dinner date.
This place is definitely worth a try. The food is all very good! Fantastic fried green tomatoes (done "gourmet" style), great fresh diver scallops. Went back for the Shrimp and grits which I had heard about. Although the service can be somewhat laconic, the food is worth it.
That in itself was worth going there for lunch. Rich, creamy lusciousness, with large lumps of crab meat. I had the oyster PoBoy, which was okay. I should remember that fried seafood on a bun, with mayo, tomato and lettuce, is going to detract from the oysters. Hubby had lobster pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, and it was great. Server was...

Great service / Great She Crab Soup / Great atmosphere / One of the best restaurant on the inlet!! We try to get to this restaurant every time we are in town.
Went to Bliss for a special meal with friends. The general consensus of our group of four was very good. There was only one exception....the seafood on angel hair pasta special was just too salty and I could not eat it. All our appetizers were terrific. Spring rolls, Walnut pear salad, Stuffed shrimp and Lobster bisque. The beef entrees all...

Bliss strives to achieve the state of mind it is named for. From the beginning to the end they are willing to accomodate their guests eccentricities, diet and tastes. The menu is creative and the presentation is unique. My first dish was the Grilled Romaine salad. It features blue cheese, bacon and olives. It was presented piled together in a...

We made our way to Bliss this past Sunday afternoon when brunch and lunch were being served. We were greeted and seated in a lovely booth and Jon served us. The brunch and lunch menu was served until 4pm I ordered the flounder encrusted with onions with verts and potatoes that was fabulous, fresh and cooked to perfection. It was...

This new-ish Murrells Inlet restaurant has very good food on average. Go at lunch, its not quite as expensive. The couple of times we have been for supper, usually one item disappointed us, and when you pay that much for a meal, there should be no disappointments. The last time we were there our waiter could not keep our water...

We were so excited to find a restaurant in Murrels Inlet that was open for lunch. The place looked good on the outside and even better on the inside so we decided to give it a try.
So we waited. And waited. And waited some more.
After several minutes, we noticed the female server taking care of a table, but...
