Great tex-mex food with a good laid back environment. Convenient to the Grand Park recreation fields. Good place to enjoy a beer as well.
My husband and I while checking out Market Commons on our way to PFChangs and we happen to walk past Prime Devine, so we stopped and looked at the menu that was out side. My husband went inside to get a look. This decor/atmosphere was very upscale. It had a romantic feel, it is definelty a place for a nice... More
The quality of the nacho chips is not to our liking. The portion size of the signature nachos is large & enough for 2 or 3 to share, especially if you are going to have a little something else to eat. The Poy-Yo Loco taco is tasty and would definately have it again. The Popeye quesadilla is yummy, and was good... More
As always food and price is on point at the hippo! Love their nachos and they are meant to be shared, enough to fill two people! While I normally love the hippo, but my friend and I chose to sit at the bar to eat and that was a mistake. The bartender asked for our drinks and that was about... More
Great views/atmosphere sitting outside drinking margaritas and LARGE nacho portion, feed 2 people for lunch. The wood fired veggies on top were amazing, one of the best TexMex meals I ever had. Will be back!
My husband I decided to check out the Market Commons. We walked around for a while and a friend had briefly said the day before...you need to go to Nacho Hippo. It was noon and we were hungry. We found it and got seated outside right away. The place is all opened anyway and it is decorated with colorful lights... More
Ate here while visiting Marketplace Commons and, overall, we weren't disappointed. Limited menu but the portions aren't. The staff was friendly (Katelin was our server and she did a great job. Very attentive but not overly pushy. She made up for all of the negatives.) The atmosphere was what you would expect and decor traditional. It wasn't crowded the day... More
Just ate at Nacho Hippo for the first time yesterday. Can't wait to go back today! The food was wonderful, and the $3 margaritas are a great deal. The place has a wonderful atmosphere and the service is fast and friendly!
Nacho Hippo has the best nachos I've ever tasted. Hot, fresh, and crispy with your choice of toppings. You can make your entire meal off a platter of nachos, so unless you're super hungry, don't bother ordering an entree.
We came here because all the reviews seemed so good. We left very disappointed. Ordered the guacamole chips to start with a side of salsa. It was ok. Salsa came in a tiny ramekin for $.95. Then I got the sloppy burrito with chicken. It was very big but chicken was very dry inside & hardley any sauce on top.... More
