Fun atmosphère, but quality just average. Recommended by hotel, but would probably skip and go to closer restaurant next time!

Our hotel recommended this spot - we arrived and the line was out the door. We figured it would be an hour wait, but got seated immediately. What a wonderful spot! The old firehouse in Rapid City has all it's original 'earthy' charm! (Our son is a firefighter, so this 'feel' has a special place in our hearts) I had...

Food was only okay, but we loved the atmosphere. There was a band playing at night in the outdoor section when we were there that was pretty good and great fun to watch.
The only reason I would suggest stopping in here is for the live music and the atmosphere. I tried this place 3 times because everyone suggest its a good place to eat. I ordered3 different meals and 2 I returned before I would finish. The service was good, but the food is frozen and they need change their grease cleaned more often.
Restaurant set in a real firehouse. Very good food at modest price. Excellent service. Not fancy. Children and families welcome. Entertainment. In heart of historic section of Rapid City.

good food, fun times, service was good. fun atmosphere. outside eating and drinking area too nice place

Food was decent, if not gourmet, but...
