My friend and I went to the Riverfront today for lunch. I was very disappointed with the menu. There was a very poor selection of main courses and the food we had was very basic. The only nice thing was the dessert sticky toffee pudding. I was not impressed and would not recommend it.

Over for a few days to see family locally and dropped in here for a bite to eat at lunch, staff attentive but a bit slow, however food was good and varied and would definately come back again as it is a great place.

Stopped here on way back from Dublin last Wednesday and sorry I hadn't stopped here before. Takes ages for food to come!!!!!!!!! wasnt worth it!!! No special deals on lunch,for flip-sake ders a recesssion goin on! old & damp athmospere,but fancy lights in celing :D Would not recomend!

Sunday afternoons in the Riverfront Bar & Grill, in the Riverfront Hotel in Virginia County Cavan, was the best time to check on service and quality of food. Service was excellent, food arrived speedily, was tasty, but one got the distinct impression of fast food, not an event but a good service!

We ate here recently, lovely food, great service. I enjoyed my steak plenty of food served. Staff were good. One waitress in partipicate was very friendly and served with a smile on her face. I would visit here again.

Called by the Riverfront last evening. While waiting, having ordered, the staff brought a selection of breads to the table. We were offered one slice of bread each from the selection. Visit here quite often. Food is always good, love the chicken gougons and steak sandwiches. They offer a lovely selection of breads to start with now which is nice.
