Asked for coffee twice-when it came it was cold. Poor service, felt ignored and the place was not busy. All staff here need customer service training!

I loved the Salmon, fingerling potatoes, beef short ribs, breakfast, salad, wine, bread pudding, scallion/walnut bread, jasmin pearls hot tea, service was great!!
We were here on a Sunday night and we were one of only 4 tables occupied. We received awesome service and were treated like royalty. The food was delicious especially the fois gras appetizer. They are known for their steaks, so that is what we got and they were cooked to perfection. The interiors were very warm and inviting. Overall...

Went on a dinner date Sunday afternoon....and Amber was the best! So attentive and courteous! Our meal was exceptional! I had the salmon and the chef let me substitute my entree sides for wild mushrooms and Brussels sprouts! My man had the chicken breast which was yummy also! I love this place and I'm so happy it's across the street...

Slept late on Saturday morning at a nearby hotel and wanted breakfast not lunch. Charlie Palmer's came through with delicious Migas which were some of the best I've ever had anywhere. The eggs were light and fluffy but the ingredients were layered - almost like Mexican lasagna. Loved the very large coffee cups. The waiter was very courteous and attentive....

We started with wine suggestions from the Somolier and several had Cosmos and the Ransom Mule... Yes you read correctly, but the fresh line and mint set the tone for the food to come. Wait staff was very attentive. The Quail leg appetizer is not to be missed! We had 2 orders and I could have just dined on those...

I enjoyed my first experience at Charlie Palmers. Good location, nice ambiance, easy access, valet parking.
I started with a duck salad - fantastic...I enjoyed the creative lobster corn dog appetizer, and closed it out hard with a terrific bone in steak and a delightful creamed spinach....and the topper was the Chocolate Peanut Butter dessert.
Only think to be wary...

In town for a few days at the joule, which included breakfast at Charlie Palmers. Review is limited to breakfast, but I've been in three days in a row - three different servers, three different dishes (steak and eggs, eggs benedict, lox and bagel) all excellent. If you're downtown, just do it.
Better food and service than Palmers in Manhattan but New York prices in Dallas where there are tons of great steak houses? Other thn impressing a client, not sure why I would go back.
The room and bar area have a fantastic look and the setting in a boutique downtown hotel seems right for this endeavor. We dined on Sunday...

Manhattan prices for Dallas dining, too many other fabulous place to eat for more reasonably priced food. For $45 I got a glass of cab, A piece of salmon , perfectly cooked and tasty, a bowl of thin weak soup, lacking in flavor (sweet potato) and a nice little dessert. Paid extra for some yummy polenta to have something to...
