If you're looking for an incredible, life-changing dinner, go to Keiichi. Everything is top-notch, including the chef, Keiichi himself. The eel, squid, sashimi platter, tuna with guacamole and especially the jalapeno cream cheese with steak roll are all amazing. Don't get too full because you HAVE to try the Tiramisu. Keiichi told us that he was a chef at an... More

You could easily drive by this little Denton gem. Without any doubt one of the best dinners of our marriage. Intimate, delicious, unique. Doesn't matter what you order, dive into the menu with adventure in your heart. Trust the chef, he will guide you. He's standing right in front of you. Making magic. Listen to the other diners seated near... More

We went here to celebrate a special occasion. We were visiting from the other side of the country and had heard wonderful things about this place. Reservations are a must, and we fortunately had made them 2 months prior. The restaurant only seat about 15-20 people so it books up early. We saw a walk-in couple get turned away by... More

I came here for the first time with my girlfriend and for the record I am NOT a sushi person but she is. The chef meticulously prepares the sushi in front of you and my girlfriend loved the sushi and I was able to eat it and enjoy it even though I have never been a sushi person and still... More

This was my second time to sit at Keiichi's sushi bar. It is such an amazing restaurant. It is Denton's finest, but that doesn't say enough. I've done a fair amount of world travel, and this is among the best anywhere. Keiichi takes pride in the fish he serves. He was able to tell us where each fish came from, and... More

Four of us ate there last night and everything was exquisite. We had the Tasmanian Sea Trout and it was absolute perfection...as was the jack roll...the salmon...the risotto...the tenderloins we split and the tiramisu. Oh my gosh. What an amazing experience. Trying to figure out how soon I can eat there again. Our server was just delightful - she asked... More

This restaurant is an experience not to be missed. The chef owner is exquisite in his preparation and demeanor and the food is UNBELIEVABLE. I do not often rave about anything, but I will rave about this restaurant. Make your reservations early . . . . .

My attorney has been touting the glory of Keiichi for the last year. Last night I finally decided to find out why. Without a doubt, Keiichi is the best sushi/sashimi I have ever had. I was recommended to go off the menu and let Iron Chef Keiichi choose for me. What a treat. The yellowfin was delicate and full of... More

A small, relatively unknown spot in Denton is the home of my (and many others') favorite sushi. While the outside appearance and the simple sign make it difficult to imagine, the interior provides a very welcoming atmosphere. The owner does all of this sushi with help only from a single server each night. Seating is limited to 10 at the... More

Amazing genuine sushi unlike I have been able to get anywhere else in Texas. Fish is flown in fresh from Japan, the miso in incredible and the menu features traditional Italian dishes for those of your group who won't eat anything raw. The tiramisu is amazing...and I'm usually not a fan of it. The sashimi melts in your mouth and... More
