Ate here for the Mother's Day brunch. Service was good, and the Greek chicken salad was excellent. It is a generous portion of chicken, greens, hummus, and olive paste served with pita bread. The roast beef was good too, rare as ordered, but why can't they include a roll or some bread with the meat entrees? The jaeger schnitzel was...

Good catfish and excellent service. Nice variety of hill country favorites. Great romantic spot for dinner.
We were told by a couple of locals to try this place. I ordered the duck which was well cooked but covered with a very poor, poor sauce. The mashed potatoes looked brown, my husbands Mahi Mahi was cooked to perfection, but again covered with a combination of fruits that were just cut and thrown on top. The food was over...

My wife and I ate dinner here. We don't know much about German food but felt we ought to try the Lone Star version since we were in Fredericksburg. The place is in a basement, not exactly light and airy, and having to sit next to the kitchen isn't going to win it any awards for ambiance.
I ordered a...

A charming restaurant in the basement of the old hospital. The menu is diverse, but everything comes out fresh, hot and tasty. I love their fish dishes!! In a town of fried food restaurants it's nice to have healthier options. Not to say you can't get some awesomely fried shrimp or catfish (my mom says it's the catfish is the...

Two of us went in on a Sunday night and had no problem getting a table. I had roasted duck breast with a jalapeño-cherry sauce, green beans, and mashed potatoes. The duck was done to perfection, but the potatoes were almost cold. When I asked the waitress for a new serving of potatoes, she was very responsive and immediately came...

We ate here as one of the breakfast choices included in our B&B package. This place sits below street level on Main Street. I had a lunch Greek chicken wrap. Average I would say, but a good portion size. My wife chose an omelet; I had to help her finish it and it was excellent. It came with a side...

We ate breakfast at the Rathskeller. We did have to wait over 30 minutes to get a table - well worth the wait and there is a great kitchen store right above the restaurant where you can while away the time. The food for breakfast is wonderful! I had the German crepes which was filled with streusel filling -delicious.
We visited this restaurant looking for some good German food. We were seated promptly for dinner and ordered the weiner schnitzel. Our food came promptly and was piping hot. The schnitzel was dry and tasteless, but the red cabbage and the German potato salad was very good, though the portion was quite small. When we got back to our motel...
