The service at this restaurant was top drawer all the way. The food was delicious too I might add. Oh, and the deserts were fantastic!

Living in an Italian household when I see a credit that states "Authentic Italian" I expect just that. Zeppole is Italian with a Texan flair. Be open minded. Service was excellent and they accommodated us without a reservation swiftly during a busy conference.

Excellent and authentic Italian with service to match. Located in the Atrium of the Gaylord Texan it is both easy to get to and convenient.

I had a cold seafood salad and wine. before ordering I wanted to know where calms and mussels came from. The waiter graciously went to find out. I was pleased with the answer. The food was cooked perfectly and so delicious.

Perfect meal, from the apps to the wait staff. The mussels were very tasty and served with calamari, a nice surprise. The eggplant app was perfection! I only wish they offered it on the entree menu. Highly recommended!

Zeppole is a great restaurant! Has great food (I would recommend the lamb chops or linguini) and great service. Servers are very helpful when choosing a dish, and very courteous. The atmosphere is not too loud, but still bright. I would recommend this restaurant more than any other restaurant in the Gaylord Resort.

We enjoyed the Arugula and Beet salad...ordered seafood pasta with red sauce...BUT...good seafood in red sauce just tastes like red sauce, so make a better choice. The pasta and sauce was good flavor. Enjoyed the bread and dipping oils. Husband had the Genovese pizza two nights of the stay.

I've had better service at Olive Garden! The place was almost empty for a late (9:40pm?) Sat. night. We had to move to another table after the Arctic AC (60 deg.'s?) froze us after five minutes. This restaurant has a nice atmosphere, great food and service. We ate here during a very busy evening and we were promptly seated and served.
