I'm somewhat surprised by any rave reviews of this place and at the same time, not surprised at all. This a military community, so many people enjoy simple food without labeling it. The food here tastes good, it just shouldn't be called great Italian food. Everything on the menu comes out of the kitchen looking exactly the same, same serving... More

The Holiday Inn staff recommended we eat here eventhough they have a restaurant we want to get out and try some local cuisine, we wanted italian if possible, and we were very happy with the selection here. The staff was friendly, and kept us laughing. The bread was very tasty!

My daughter and I went last night and had a wonderful time. We has the mozzerella sticks, salad with the house dressing, spaghetti with meatball for her, and fettuccine with bacon, artichokes, mushrooms in a cream sauce for myself. It was all very good, I loved mine. We had large portions, they looked small, but we went home with half... More

The service is family-friendly, informative, and efficient. The food is Italian-style, as it was when I was raised in a half-Italian household. Ingredients are fresh, the salads crisp and appetizing, the appetizers broad in choices, and the entrees wide in scope, from meatless, to meat, to seafood. One cannot beat the prices, even for our large group which now numbers... More

The food, the service, price, and the wine are all stellar! Make this quiet, low-key restaurant yours for a special evening or Sunday dinner. The bread (baked on-site) and the soups are delicious. Our favorites include the Chicken Sorentino, veal, shrimp, potato soup, and all pasta. The desserts are wonderful and the coffee hot and dark. The staff is friendly... More

Great family owned place where the owners play an active role. The food is an awesome change of pace from the cookie cutter big chains that dominate the area. We have never had a bad dish there and have pretty much tried it all. They are very accomidating of familes with kids also!

Took a group to dinner while on business in Texas. We all got different things. What I can say is the food was very good, service was OK. The food was VERY hot which is a good thing but it took a while for it to be edible. The wine selection is not so hot.

I travel a lot for business and always try to find the non franchise eatery. This little perle is perfect. Small, quaint and very friendly. You know you are appreciated from the second you walk in. Great food, good wine selection. Always one of my planned stops when in Killeen.

Tastes like homemade food you would make from a frozen prepared meal box from Walmart. Atmosphere was authentic and service was pleasant.
