Starting with the ride up and the amazing view the restaurant always delivers seasonal, original menus and often has great ( highly recommend ) tasting menu! There is a fun bar and also a beautiful wine room with drinks and light fare. Also, a large communal table that overlooks kitchen. There are outdoor options with views second to none (... More

Must try the Shepherd Valley Goat Cheese Custard, Sweet and Sour Beets, Toasted Pistachios-$12 and the Truffle Pizza with a signature Bloody Mary, 7-4-5-2(7452=The elevation of the J & G Grill) to top it off!

johnathon's knowledge of food/wine at site was tremendous. very impressed with his table service manner as I was with all of the staff. Swear that OJ is fresh squeezed, so good! Do NOT miss the champagne charging by the restaurant at sunset! Totally cool!

I had the tasting menu and it was absolutely incredible. We were offered champagne first by the most gracious staff.

My family has enjoyed this wonderful restaurant on five occasions during two trips to Deer Valley, Utah. It's an absolutely beautiful setting and family friendly. There is a children's menu and the portions are perfectly sized for hungry kids after long day of skiing. The main menu has multiple options for meat, fish, poultry, and vegetarian eaters. There is an... More

A ride up the funicular to the reataurant is fun and the restaurant itself is minimalist elegance with a pleasant view of the mountain. The menu is fairly limited and is nothing special but the atmosphere makes up for the lacks.

We have dined here twice in the past three weeks and have had the same enjoyable experience each time. Although this carries the cache' of a luxurious hotel, dining is remarkably relaxed thanks to attentive and friendly service. Prices are high but not out of line for other top Park City restaurants. Our waiter, Glenn, was very knowledgeable about the... More

The funicular is a spectacular introduction to the restaurant. We arrived by 5:30pm, sat out on the sunny, warm patio to watch the daily sabering of the champagne bottle. Impressive! They served a bit of the champagne to everyone (had to have been 40 people there!) Our waiter probably made a huge difference to the experience (Kyle). Ask to be... More

J & G Grill is consistently a great place for lunch and dinner. No matter the season - snow or sun- the view at J & G Grill is one of the best in the Valley and the food is also some the best in the valley/Park City. The staff is good but at times a bit overbooked.
