Sad to hear the closing of Graze.....loss for the community of foodies in Manchester. The last meal was a killer Rueben with home made chips, house pickle and cup of Borsch.

I stopped at Graze by chance with a friend in January 2013. It was freezing outside, but warm and cozy inside the restaurant. The restaurant was casual and offered soup, salads and sandwiches for lunch. I ordered a cup of soup and a half sandwich, both items were very tasty! Our waiter was also very nice. We stopped in for lunch recently on our trip to Vermont for a ski weekend. We enjoyed a hot bowl of tomato soup and half of a grilled cheese. Perfect comfort food! It was just what we needed on a cold January day.
We just kinda stumbled upon this place during a daytrip to Manchester and it looked like a nice place for my husband and I and our two teenage boys to have lunch. I had the eggsalad sandwich which was very fresh and very large! My husband had the corned beef reuben...believe me he has tried reubens from coast to coast...

We had a nice breakfast. I had an omelet with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, mushrooms, spinach, etc. Most Excellent. Walked right in and were served quickly. Recommend, Easy walk from main drag.
Small restaurant, deli like counter...food fresh and delicious...soups and salads. Loved the fresh salad and pickles!
Had lunch here recently and was delighted by the food. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, salads and homemade soups. The service is friendly and the prices are very reasonable.
Graze is a wonderful little restaurant in Manchester, Vermont. We went in mid-afternoon for a late lunch and sat in the front (not in the restaurant part). We had lovely meals that were creative and delicious. The room was sunny and pleasant. The service was perfect and friendly. What more could you ask for? I bet dinner is great, too.
Small, intimate, and friendly. well-prepared food.....tasty moderately priced

My husband had melt in your...
