the food is not "southwestern" but actually Mexican, made by Mexicans and served by Mexicans. I havent had a dish I didnt enjoy there.
Not the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to, but it's definitely our favorite in the Warrenton - Culpeper area. The prices seem to be creeping a little on the high side, and that's one reason I won't give it 5 stars. The other reason is the food has actually been a little bland the past couple of times. Their food is good and ample portions - service is sometimes a bit spotty - however, their margerettas are wonderful (on the rocks with salt) - sometimes when there are large families it gets noisy
This us our go to restaurant when we crave Mexican food. We're always happy with our meals and the service is excellent. Plus, they have a good selection of beers and margaritas.

Served with rice, a fresh salad topped with ranch dressing and warm flour or corn tortillas. The wait staff was very prompt and helpful. Nice family atmosphere! The Monday night I ate... More
Excellent (and huge) margaritas. Extensive menu. Comfortable atmosphere. Not quite the whole enchilada (torillas are not made there on property, for example). As a salsa aficionado, I would have to rate theirs as moderate at best.
