This place was on the travel channel for interesting truck stops. Cool collection of old metal toys and pedal cars. Neat atmosphere. Buffet looked good. I had the meatloaf dinner. Huge portions of meat and potatoes. Good comfort food,,,,Give it a try when on 81 in VA......

After finding this was on The Travel Channel and voted 1 of the top 10 restaurants (according to desk clerk at the Howard Johnson motel) we had to try it. Surprised this was connected to a Travel America truck stop and more surprised at the decor of the regular dining room and the Tin Toy Cafe.

Being local, I have been here many many times, and the food and service are always pretty darn good. They have great burgers and the atmosphere is really neat. Definitely worth a stop for some decent priced, good food!

Horrible food at ridiculous prices. Had a rueben sandwich @ 8 or 9 bucks. Was flat like a flattened grilled cheese sandwich and a tiny, tiny portion of cold french fries. It was horrible. Go to Aunt Sarah's a 1/4 mile north on west side of street. Fabulous place. Great food and good prices. Friendly service

The breakfast buffet isn't the cheapest in the land - but if you want homemade, authentic Southern cooking you've got it. Loved the grits, biscuits, fried bologna, and sausage gravy. The pedal car room was clean and interesting. Our server was adorable. I would stop at Berky's again and again if I lived in Lexington.
