We were the first guests on the rainy evening. But after few moments the restaurant became full of people , all of them Italians: the best prove for the quality of the restaurant. I will not recommend a special meal because it looks all are good.

Good cheap food and authentic pizza. Nothing too special but filled a gap. The Fruits de Mare Pizza was especially good.

Just a few miles off the expensive Amalfi coast, the little town of Agerola can be found. I'm yet to discover another restaurant in this town, but La Selva surely meets all of your needs. Trip Advisor led us to this delightful eatery. We visited twice in April and had take-out pizza twice more. We craved their food enough for Gary (s.o.) to make his way there through the fog and rain in the dark on the winding, hair-pin curve roads for "take-away" pizza. Lovely family style eatery, set up the way the local clientele wants it, i.e. no sea views but a big tv, high ceiling and closed curtains keeping the place reasonable cool in the summer heat.
