219 is just a short walk from the Wisconsin Battleship and a good option in Norfolk near the Convention Center. Nothing spectacular but attentive friendly staff ( our waitress was expecting her first baby the next week). Varied menu . The Seafood Platter(flounder, shrimp, crab cake and scallops ) proportions were generous.

The food is incredible - what a pleasant surprise - and even in the Restaurant Week busy-ness. best shrimp I have had in y-e-a-r-s. Crab cakes were all crab. Our party all enjoyed and were very pleased with our selections.
