And for good reason! We went a little off peak and it was mostly filled with locals. The music was turned up so loud we had a hard time ordering - it was a fun game of charades though! So we sat outside and watched the cars go by and watched the locals stop by for take out. Great burgers... More

Stopped in twice for a cold Medalla and to play the slots since it was located about halfway during my long walk from my guesthouse out by the airport to downtown Dewey. It is located right next to the baseball stadium, right smack on the curb of the main drag. There is a pool table, plenty of space with tables,... More

We went here twice during our stay and had the burgers both times. The rest of the food looked and smelled good as well but we had to have another burger once we had the first. A mix of locals and visitors. We sat at the bar. Service was ok. It takes a little getting used to island time...but who... More

Burgers and other food, think pool hall, bar and grill, local hang out. They are open for lunch through late dinner, however if you arrive late, don't expect a full menu. Its a cool place for shady people.

Awesome burgers and you get to pick your size but the highlight are the curley fries. I don't know if we were just hungry or what but we set outside on their patio and I can tell you at that moment there wasn't a better burger in the world. For those that remember Stroh's Beer, Medalla tastes just like Stroh's.... More

NOT a dive bar; very clean, pleasant and helpful staff; nice place to stop for a cold beer on a hot day.

Good local food. Hubby had the grilled chicken and I had the grilled grouper. Portions were substantial and the sides were plentiful.

Could not find an open restaurant on Tuesday night when we arrived. Zaco Taco (although not open) employee recommended El Batey, a short walk from town. Had a chicken dish that was pretty good, husband had a burger which he said was pretty good but not the best ever as advertised. Pretty good food, cheap, would recommend it. (No wine)
