The staff is always friendly, and the food awesome. You must try their 48 oz jumbo margarita. We always share a Texas Jumbo Margarita on the rocks.

We decided to eat here because it was next door to our hotel and we were delighted with our choice. The service is excellent - prompt and attentive without hassling you all the time. The food is tasty and plentiful but not piled so high it puts you off. A really good value meal in a great atmosphere.

I eat here regularly and never have a bad meal. the food is always hot and best guacamole and cheese dip in the valley.

Didn't have high expectations about a Mexican restaurant right off the interstate so El Rodeo was an excellent surprise. Service was very attentive and fast and food was delicious! Try the jalapeño poppers! Gerson, our waiter (and maybe the manager?) was so nice! We enjoyed this restaurant immensely!

We stopped in for lunch during a long car trip and were delighted with the lunch buffet. Great variety of Mexican foods, great service, and great price! Will stop in again!

I got a to-go order and it was way past my expectations. It was very large portions, not only did a get a large portion of my entree but it also came with a large bag of toriliia chips and salsa. You definitely get your money's worth and did I mention it was delicious!!!
